Expressing “Your” Self

Good Morning,

Welcome to Bezouin du Jour!

Today’s post is about journaling.

One of the many ways you can express yourself is through writing or drawing. Writing can help you become more creative and it could also help reduce stress. You could start by writing down your thoughts, feelings, goals ( daily goals or long-term goals). Start with something like this: Today, I feel… Today, I would like to accomplish… These are just examples to get you started. You can be as creative as you want because it’s about you. It’s your personal journal. My kids would just draw pictures with a few words.

You could also start writing down your ideas and projects. Every time, I think about an idea for this blog or my YouTube channel, I quickly write it down. If I don’t write it down, I might forget it.

If you are at work or in a training, it’s okay to write down some of the important points and details from your training. Do not feel embarrassed about it. This information will come in handy later when you need it most.

If you are writing a personal journal, you decide what to do with it when you are done! You can keep it in a secure location for your eyes only or use it to start writing a book, etc…

Check out this blank journal with enough space to draw pictures on the side.
